The Virtues of Buckwheat!

Enjoyed a lovely brunch of buckwheat groats, bell pepper, garlic, flat-leaf parsley, lime juice and virgin sesame oil; simple yet deliciously-flavoursome!

Opps! I forgot to include the delightful nutritive addition of sunnflower sprouts(yum:) thanks Leah, I try not to complicate things as this can compromise digestion(Have you read 'Fit for life' ?!).

I did... but it's so difficult to follow the food guides since most of the ingredients are not available in the Philippines. xoxo
