Self-healing journey.............................

.......Feeling quite anxious, panicky with severe agoraphobic tendencies. It's a culmination of many different things; notably stress, rejection, abuse, low self esteem / depression etc. This manifests itself via negative thought patterns, compulsive overeating, relationship breakdown, poor self-image, self-hatred / apathy etc. I would really love to make a wee small difference in my lifetime, but realise I need to heal oneself first.

'God grant me the courage to change the things I can change, serenity for the things I can't change and wisdom to know the difference'.

Love, light, and unlimited abundant blessings to all radiant beings:)

Om Shanti

The Wondrous Alkalising Super Seed aka Buckwheat!..........

I think it's about time we promote the virtuous qualities of this wonder food. It deserves a prominent place in everybody's larder!

Here's why?

Buckwheat sprouts are a very alkalising gluten-free seed and an excellent source of lecithin(beneficial for healthy brain development and the internal organs). It's rich in vitamins A, C, B and minerals: Ca K P Fe Mg, selenium, silica, protein(amino acids) and rutin. All in all this food makes a valuable addition to any dietary plan.

Makes an appetising and energising breakfast meal(very good alternative to processed and acid-based cereals) served with fruit, goji berries, almond milk etc. I had a bowl this morning!

Love, light, peace and abundant unlimited blessings to all radiant beings:)

Lunar cycle comences...............

Yes, it's that time of the month again(cycle seems to have regulated itself quite naturally these days:) and I'm feeling quite optimistic about the future having endured a challenging few years. I do believe in miracles so it's a case having patience and faith!

I enjoyed a yummy halva dessert last night, made from a combo of frozen ripe nanas and sesame seeds all whipped up in a food processor.

Stella gets her groove back!

Wow! How blessed we all are on this beautifully lovely autumnal day in Blighty to witness such auspiciously favourable weather conditions, it is absolutely gorgeous out there; a generous dose of stunning liquid sunshine / gold and vitamin D at our doorstep :)

I can vividly recall as a child of 12 or 13 an magazine article featuring some funky and vibrantly healthy young men professing to live on fruit and a fruitarian lifestyle(they were quite literally jumping for joy:). I can vividly remember thinking at the time as a passionate lover of the fruity stuff myself how cool that would be! Little did I know this wee gold nugget of an article planted the seed for my passionate interests in all things natural and organic(It's funny how the universe works:)!

As a young person I was heavily influenced by prolific authors such as Leslie Kenton, Marilyn & Harvey Diamond, Deepak Chopra etc. With my history of emotional eating issues in mind my quest for a wholly abundantly vibrant lifestyle began. My quest to living consciously and sustainably starts here:)

I believe that a live and plant-based lifestyle benefits all of humanity and of course the Earth too.

'Dwell not on the past. Use it to illustrate a point, then leave it behind. Nothing really matters except what you do now in this instant of time.

From this moment onward you can be an entirely different person filled with love and understanding, ready with an outstretched hand, uplifted and positive in every thought and deed.'

'Life is full and overflowing with the new. But it is necessary to empty out the old to make room for the new to enter.'

'Be outrageous! People who achieve mastery have the ability to be outrageous.' I love that:)

Affirmations for today:

I am good enough

I deserve the best in life

I love and value myself

Love, light and unlimited blessings to all radiant beings:)

Feeling blue...............

God grant me the courage to change the things I can change, serenity for the things I can't change and wisdom to know the difference! I love the simplicity of this prayer:)

I admit I have lost control over my addiction(DiesEASE or lack of ease) to processed 'food' and my eating has become unmanageable. 'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food'

One step at a time.........................

I started my day with a apple, banana, oat and spirulina concoction which was good:)

Love, light and unlimited blessings to all radiant beings!

Forever broody!

Ever since I can recall I've always been the broodiest maternal female I know(approx aged 10+). Unsurprisingly really as one is a typical nurturing Cancerian. I've intuitively felt one would have a large brood by now(unfortunately for me I never did receive the much coveted 'Tiny Tears' or even a doll's house for that matter). If I'm fortunately blessed to healthily conceive and give birth to my first child one would be known as an advance age mother(nice:)!

This is a blog to monitor, collect and gather one's thoughts, dreams and goals to victorious fruition action(well one hopes:)!

Wish me well on my journey!

Love, light and unlimited blessings to all radiant beings:)
