Eat Green Algae(Happy Easter:)!

Yaaay....... My Chlorella Tablets has arrived!!!

EAT GREEN ALGAE
Take 6 to 10g of powdered sun chlorella (a type of green freshwater algae) every day after surgery, says Randall Merchant, professor of anatomy and neurobiology at Virginia Commonwealth university in the U.S. 'Chlorella has been the subject of clinical trials which have found it useful in helping the body heal after trauma.'
It's rich in nucleic acids, the building blocks needed for replacing injured and dead cells. Recent studies suggest it restores the normal functioning of genes which were turned off by cell injury. Being a rich source of chlorophyll it's a great cleansing, detox and healing aid that's good for restructuring skin and strengthening body.

Leah, Algae and any of the 'tender' leafy greens are a rich source of chlorophyll, protein, vitamins and minerals(Calcium, vitamins a and e, folic acid and magnesium etc.). Their fuel for the blood and nervous system. Their soo good that you can eat CLEAN for life(You can exist on the plant / eco food triangle of fresh fruit(sugars), fats(avocadoes, almonds, flax / chia, filberts / hazelnuts etc.) and exists entirely on green smoothies alone(Try a simple pineapple and kale / spinach one and see - you will GLOW with soo much energy:)! But don't take my word for it do your own research!

Angela Stokes-Monarch is a glowing endorsement of this blessed healthy lifestyle. see her on you tube and rawreform.com

Take the green smoothie challenge(greensmoothie.com:)

With any new lifestyle go easy, by gradually increasing your plant / fruit intake. International best selling authors Marilyn and Harvey Diamond's Fit for life is a publication to read and pass on to loved ones(I've read it a couple of times:).

'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food'

Finally do ENJOY what you are creating, eating!!!
