spring-time buckwheat porridge

Enjoyed a lovely brunch of living buckwheat(GF amino acid fruit seed and a excellent source of rutin and Ca) groat porridge made with the groats, freshly-picked rhubarb and ginger compote(stewed with a little coconut sugar:) all processed in a FP, yum!
