Cucina Italiana

On Sunday I appreciated yet more buckwheat groats and created a dish that any Italian mama would be proud of. I combined garlic-infused buckwheat groats with the freshest vine tomatoes organic arugula, black pepper, perfectly-ripe avocado to make this simple, yet very tasty dish.
