Banana Creme Pie Ice-cream, anyone?!!!

Just indulged in some deliciously-wicked(Not really, but it sure taste so:0) creamy dessert which was soo, soo good(Even if I do say so myself:). Do you want a dessert that's healthy(Good source of calcium, magnesium, amino acids, B vitamins, vitamin E etc.) animal-friendly, Earth-friendly, simple, quick, that will impress, that's indulgent as any decadent dessert?

Well, gals and guys all you need is a good supply of frozen ripe bananas(depending on how many mouths your feeding:0) Tip: As soon as they get all spotty, peel, break into chunks and freeze:) and almonds and that's it! Grind the almonds into a powder(no need to soak if their the Californian almonds:)add the frozen banana chunks, wizz up in the FP and viola, there you have a creamy taste sensation!

The beauty of this recipe is the sheer simplicity and you've noticed I don't include exact amounts. That was deliberate as it's your creation! You could use this simple recipe as a base to create your own wonderfully-creative taste sensations. Try cardamom pods, rose water / essential oil / petals, pistachios etc. Tip: Cashew nuts(yes, cashews:) and frozen berries make a scrummy, refreshing dessert!

Warning!

The above recipe is extremely-morish!

Just the thing for the gloriously-sunny days:0)

Blighty is basking in the heat right now!
