Stella gets her groove back!

Wow! How blessed we all are on this beautifully lovely autumnal day in Blighty to witness such auspiciously favourable weather conditions, it is absolutely gorgeous out there; a generous dose of stunning liquid sunshine / gold and vitamin D at our doorstep :)

I can vividly recall as a child of 12 or 13 an magazine article featuring some funky and vibrantly healthy young men professing to live on fruit and a fruitarian lifestyle(they were quite literally jumping for joy:). I can vividly remember thinking at the time as a passionate lover of the fruity stuff myself how cool that would be! Little did I know this wee gold nugget of an article planted the seed for my passionate interests in all things natural and organic(It's funny how the universe works:)!

As a young person I was heavily influenced by prolific authors such as Leslie Kenton, Marilyn & Harvey Diamond, Deepak Chopra etc. With my history of emotional eating issues in mind my quest for a wholly abundantly vibrant lifestyle began. My quest to living consciously and sustainably starts here:)

I believe that a live and plant-based lifestyle benefits all of humanity and of course the Earth too.

'Dwell not on the past. Use it to illustrate a point, then leave it behind. Nothing really matters except what you do now in this instant of time.

From this moment onward you can be an entirely different person filled with love and understanding, ready with an outstretched hand, uplifted and positive in every thought and deed.'

'Life is full and overflowing with the new. But it is necessary to empty out the old to make room for the new to enter.'

'Be outrageous! People who achieve mastery have the ability to be outrageous.' I love that:)

Affirmations for today:

I am good enough

I deserve the best in life

I love and value myself

Love, light and unlimited blessings to all radiant beings:)
